    What You Will Do:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
    • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and cost control to optimise profitability.
    • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and operational policies.
    • Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
    • Represent the venue in meetings, events, and networking opportunities within the industry and local community.
    What You Need To Be:
    • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
    • An understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control
    • Able to adapt to changing circumstances, industry trends, and operational requirements while maintaining composure and professionalism.
    • Previous experience in hospitality management, including supervisory roles and familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards, is highly desirable.
