We are looking for an Employment & Outreach Advisor who would play a vital role in transforming lives.

With your experience in the employability sector, strong communication skills, and dedication to making a difference, you'll be instrumental in helping individuals achieve their full potential.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Must have a proven track record within the employability sector and at least 2 years' experience.
Have experience working with the Local Authority and Jobcentre Plus.
Must have strong communication, conflict management and negotiation skills.
Must be resourceful and innovative with a positive outlook.
Must be targetdriven and confident to work in a targetdriven environment.
Must be a team player and supportive of colleagues.
Must be empathetic to vulnerable and atrisk adults and have a strong desire to help.
Ability to create SMART action plans and conduct individual needs assessments.
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and contractual compliance in their previous roles.
Computer, data entry and MS Office skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience in assessing the needs and barriers of participants through SMART action plans and needs assessment.
Proven track record of customer outcomes and activities on the CRM system.
Assist customers to become jobready by coaching and providing employerled advice and guidance.
Provide customers with quality constructive feedback that allows them to improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.
Ability to work within Jobcentres, local authority and a range of community associations.
Ability to work to targets and deadlines as set out by contract profiles.
Ability to work alongside the Recruitment Managers to support workready participants into employment.
Provide ongoing support to participants postrecruitment (inwork support).
Sourcing employers through a mix of leads and cold calling to generate employment opportunities for customers on your caseloads.
Create awareness amongst employers about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.
