Acorn by Synergie is very proud to be working with a leading trade union organisation based across the UK to find a talented Product Manager.

As a Product Manager in the Transformation, Innovation and Development (TiD) team, you will work with key stakeholders and UX and UI designers to improve the clients members' experience across our digital products and services.

Working with the other Product Managers and the Engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering your product roadmap.

With help from the senior Digital team, you'll use your deep understanding of member and organisational needs to prioritise new workon the product roadmap.


Key duties (not limited to):

  • Inspect and evaluate the effectiveness of each product iteration, using this insight to define next steps.
  • Identify and evidence market demand for products or features.
  • Develop an expert understanding of the users' needs and work with the UX and UI designers to ensure they're implemented.
  • Create, manage, and update the product roadmaps on an ongoing basis and communicate these to stakeholders.
  • Translate product roadmap features into welldefined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Take a 'digitalfirst' approach in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to meet user needs.
  • Identify ways our members can selfserve and processes that can be automated to help improve both colleague and member experience.
  • Responsible for defining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and for ongoing delivery of value.
  • Understand Agile estimation approaches and support the delivery team in being selfmanaging.
