Dynamic Office Manager/EA required for a private equity company based in Mayfair - 1 year contract - January startThe culture of the company is fast paced, collaborative and friendly - the Office Manager will look after anything pertaining to the office.
Duties:
- Manage all vendor relationships such as external IT, telecoms including reviewing
- Act as first point of contact for landlord and health and safety auditors
- Prepare corporate services budget
- Lead and direct maintenance contractors
- Keep up to date and ensure compliance with health and safety regulation
The skills you need to bring:
- Office/facilities management experience essential, ideally from a boutique sized
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Advanced MS Office
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible and resourceful in your approach to work
