The Details...


The Technical Business Analyst will resolve and specify the who/what/why, acceptance criteria, information flows, processes, and data structures to meet functional and non-functional requirements behind a business problem or opportunity.


The role will also be responsible for translating requirements into product epics, features, API definitions and user stories as well as highly specified project briefs in collaboration with our development teams.

You will also handle 2nd/3rd line supporttickets raised by internal users and work with colleagues to shape logical and innovative solutions to complex problems utilising automation and workflow platforms.


Other responsibilities include:
Providing support for all production and development environments and upgrade to new versions as required
Understanding system improvements following version upgrades, making recommendations of opportunities where appropriate
Business and system process mapping Leading workshops with stakeholders, developers and support partners
Translating business requirements into functional requirements Producing high quality documentation that is clear, concise and accessible to business and technical audiences, including system diagrams, failover testing, troubleshooting and service specification
Communicating between internal departments and external support partners, acting as a "translator" where vital to convey requirements
Following change control process for production releases Ensuring targets are met using good project practices and skills

What We're Looking For...


In addition, you'll be able to demonstrate your experience in EDI/Technical system integrations and backend platform and/or API project experience.

You'll have a proven understanding of B2B & B2C eCommerce models.

If you have experience of running 3rd partysupport vendors and working in an adaptable way within an agile environment, this would also be beneficial.


Superb communication skills are essential due to the collaborative responsibilities involved in this role, along with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
