    Description
    Cherwell is a Trade supplier of Signmaking materials to Signmakers, Exhibition stand contractors and Large format printers.

    Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor which includes but not limited to:
    Answer incoming calls and input sales orders on SAGE 200
    Process Email orders from customers
    Draw down web orders to SAGE 200
    Respond to any customer issues/returns
    Produce quotes for customer requirements and quote follow up
    Liaise with proactive sales team in setting up new contracts/clients and Support Field Sales as required

    We're a small but dynamic team and looking for a honest and reliable member to join us If you fit this description and have had good experience in this area, please apply.

    Working Hours: 7:30-5:00PM Monday to Friday. Normal Holiday and Bank Holidays apply. 3 Month Probation period.
