    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of 2 household-name, quality volume brands.

    Taking on the role as GROUP SALES / GENERAL SALES MANAGER within this privately owned dealer group's Plymouth facility, you will utilise your extensive skills and experience to lead the departments to the achievement of their key objectives – reporting directly to the Assistant Sales Director.

    Responsibilities will extend to:-

    • Managing a teams comprising of Sales Executives, Sales Controllers, and Administrators.
    • Leading, coaching, mentoring and motivating to ensure each team member has the ability to perform at their optimum.
    • Interacting with colleagues and customers to ensure an excellent service standard is delivered.
    • Controlling new and used vehicle stock, costs, overheads and preparation efficiencies.
    • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with representatives of the manufacturer(s).
    • Making sure all regulatory and process compliance is watertight.

    Essential Skills and Experience:-

    To be considered you must have demonstrable skills and experience as a main dealer new and used car Senior Sales Manager. You will have a wide, diverse skillset leading successful sales teams as an inspirational, motivated and driven departmental manager.
