    Description

    This role requires a proactive individual with both the creativity to deliver engaging email campaigns and a keen eye for detail to analyse performance and implement improvement opportunities.

    Sitting within the global CRM team and reporting to the CRM Manager, the crucial purpose of this role is to take ownership of Bromptons BAU campaigns across global markets to drive performance in line with business goals.

    Spanning across the UK, US, Europe and APAC markets, you will play a vital role in developing and managing our campaign calendars in line with global plans, working with the local marketing teams to tailor content where needed for specific markets.

    Own BAU campaigns within the CRM team
    Develop BAU calendars across key markets with the support of the CRM Campaign Executive
    Work with local marketing teams and stakeholders to plan tailored content
    Develop and report on testing plans to improve email performance
    Provide monthly reports and insights on BAU campaign performance
    Creative flair to design and build engaging campaigns
    Proactive and organised with the ability to drive projects
    Knowledge of email marketing techniques and best practice
    ~ Technical experience within a CRM system
    ~ Project management skills

    Flexible and hybrid working patterns available
    ~9 Day Fortnight This is a flexible working pattern which individuals can opt in for where an employee works their contractual hours across 9 days instead of 10 days. (This means the individual would work an additional hour across Monday to Thursday (across the 2 week period) to gain their Friday off.
