- Plan, organize, and complete work tasks efficiently within set budgets and timelines
- Guide and support junior engineers in finalizing design plans
- Conduct limited on-site assessments to assist construction activities and gather data
- Estimate project expenses by assessing labor, materials, and relevant costs
- Prepare feasibility studies through engineering analysis, environmental impact assessments, and data compilation
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations by monitoring project advancements, inspecting sites, and verifying calculations and placements
- Attend client meetings and conduct site visits as needed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Chartered Engineer registration is a must
- 15 to 20 years of experience in Civil engineering design, covering grading, drainage, hydraulics, hydrology, stormwater management, erosion sediment control, and environmental permitting
- At least 5 years of project management experience, with proficiency in project coordination, budget management, proposal writing, and client interaction
- Strong background in general civil engineering design, including roadway infrastructure, paving, grading, drainage, hydraulics, hydrology, water systems, and sanitary sewer
- Experience in waterfront development projects is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required
- Preferred skills in XPSWMM, Hydraulic Modeling Systems (HEC), USDA Technical Releases (TR), and MicroStation products
- Excellent communication abilities in verbal, written, and presentation formats
- All selected candidates must pass a pre-employment background check in alignment with NIST guidelines
