An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a reputable organisation located in Manchester. This role will involve working as part of a wider HR team and is a true generalist role involved ER and Data analytics

This role is a maternity cover (12 months) but very likely to go permanent due to growth and budget going into the next few years

More about the role:

Providing advice and support to key stake holders on all people related matters with involvement in disciplinary, investigations and grievance meetings, ensuring the processes are managed in line with policy.
Ensuring monitoring of sickness and absence trends are recorded effectively, providing advice and guidance accordingly.
Responding to queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
Having responsibility of managing appraisals and ensuring these carried out by managers as and when required.
Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings, providing HR advice.
Supporting project work including employee engagement and wellbeing and other specific upcoming projects.
Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.

Who would be the right fit?

This role would suit someone who has been in a HR advisory role for a few years and is confident advising and supporting managers.
