Job Overview:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to join our friendly, motivated office-based team to assist us with significant growth and ambitious future plans.

Role Objectives and Responsibilities
To be a key member of the team working on a range of customer accounts, the key objectives are as follows:

Support Project Managers on projects and administration.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all project delivery deadlines and objectives are met on time.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
Maintaining an accurate forecast of projects and project plans to keep an eye on project progress
Aiding sales and Project Managers with any leads or industry insights

Role Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following characteristics:

Demonstrated experience in project management and estimating, preferably in the retail displays industry.
Good level of general technical knowledge to give a better understanding of the various solutions that you will be overseeing.
Confident communicator who is comfortable in a client facing situation.
Good level of numeracy.
Keen eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Experience of managing multiple requirements concurrently
Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills

Salary:
£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
