About the Role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our fast expanding People department and oversee the Northern UK region for the group.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across the group
- Conduct initial screening calls and remote first stage interviews via video
- Produce high quality, compelling job descriptions and interview questions
- Lead employer branding initiatives across your region
- Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events in partnership with local Educational organisations
- Provide comprehensive and accurate reporting as required
- Build and maintain top talent pools across your area of responsibility.
About You:
- At least 5 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Consultant or similar role in either and Agency or inhouse environment
- Demonstrable experience of recruiting Accountants and/or in the Accountancy space
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks as recruiting tools
- Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) would be preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations
