Product Change Control Co-Ordinator

Job Overview
part of the Quality function, either as a team or individually.


Main Activities/Tasks

  • Initiating an updating of packaging specifications for new and existing customers.
  • Origination of product resource codes and packaging resources codes.
  • Creating and maintaining Bills of materials.
  • Coordination of old/new packaging.
  • Dealing with general queries with both internal departments and external customers
worldwide.

  • Initiating/ processing change controls using Trackwise QMS
  • Liaising with customers
and internal departments on a product or corporate change over to ensure both
requirements are met and the changeover is successful.

  • Monitoring quarantine stock/ destruction of packaging.
  • Meeting the weekly packing schedule.

Essential Criteria:

Desirable Criteria:
