Management of International Contracts for Business Services

£60,000 - £70,000 + Excellent Bens

West London Hybrid
Our client is a global business services company providing niche services to the travel industry. Their clients include airlines, private aviation operators and the marine travel operators.

They have staff based in offices across the globe and lead the marketin the majority of sectors that they operate in.

With a reputation for service delivery in challenging, business critical situations that is second to none, they employ world-class professionals in a variety of disciplines.

As a part of their continued growthtrajectory, they now wish to hire a Contracts Manager.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for:

The review and approval of standard and non-standard contracts
The drafting, negotiation and maintenance of contracts
Supporting sales team with contract legal and commercial advice
Reviewing terms and conditions, scope of works and liabilities/risks
Working with sales and commercial teams on pricing and pricing governance as well as compliance with internal guidelines
Have experience of working in a commercial contracts environment ideally with exposure to professional services
Be used to working collaboratively with a range of senior colleagues and ideally have some international exposure
Be used to developing and improving processes
Have strong time management ability able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Have the capability to build relationships internally as well as externally
Be happy with some international travel
