Be responsible for the oversight and provision of outpatient assessment and treatment for children and young people seeking both 1:1 and group therapy with our service
Oversee our private CAMHS outpatient therapy service provided to patients ensuring they receive appropriate care and treatment
Be involved in the continued review and development of our private CAMHS outpatient therapy service and to ensure that the service meets the relevant compliance standards
Ensure the effective management of the private CAMHS outpatient therapy team, inclusive of managerial supervision, the management of annual leave, sickness, annual Performance Development Reviews, and monthly team meetings
Requirements of the
Therapy Lead:
A motivated and experienced fully BACP/BABCP/UKCP/HCPC accredited therapist to lead our private outpatient therapy provision for children and young people
Previous training and experience of supervising others is essential
Post-qualification experience of working with children and young people with a range of mental health issues
Be available to support the Therapy Business Manager with specialist projects and clinical guidance where required
Good communication skills and a flexible approach are essential
