Account Director - IT Reseller

£40,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped OTE (£120k - £160k +)

London (Hybrid)

Penguin Recruitment are proud to be partnered with an award winning IT Reseller, who are a trusted supplier of IT Hardware, Software and integrated IT Solutions for all of the top global technology providers_

With global presence across all main continents, our client continues their development in offering full IT Solutions across all verticals and is now looking to recruit and ambitious and collaborative Account Director, with the primary objective of new businessacquisition.

As an Account Director, you will be required to build a fresh business pipeline within net new logo
Corporate and
Enterprise accounts, as well as maximising the growth of existing key accounts.

The successful Account Director will have:

A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience selling IT Solutions in to the Large Corporate and Enterprise market space
Previous experience working for an IT Reseller/VAR
A tenacious attitude and adept at winning new business with customers, as well as developing long term relationships
Experience in selling a wide range of IT Solutions which include: Cloud, Managed Services, IT Security, Networking, Virtualisation, SAAS, Infrastructure, & Data Centre to net new logo accounts
A proven track record of business development and account retention within live, dormant and new accounts
Demonstrable background of generating and maintaining strong GP figures
Strong leadership skills

The successful Enterprise Account Director will be offered a base salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (based on experience and current G.P. performance), along with uncapped OTE, a very attractive corporate benefits package, hybrid working, on-going learningopportunities and excellent career prospects
