We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious
Finance Administrator to join our team.


Position Summary


As part of a Finance team you will be working alongside the Admin and Sales teams to provide a high level of support to the business.

Tasks will include sales administration and sales order processing as well as updating financial records with a specific emphasis on sales ledger.

Experience would be useful in administration, but we would consider someone that is willing to learn, however you must have good computer skills and be self-motivated.

After the initial period this role will include a mix of working from home and office based


Main Duties

  • To process orders from Sales
  • To prepare sales invoices for approve
  • To issue credit notes
  • To maintain our orders data set
  • To issue license keys
  • Support in resolving customer queries
  • Provide any adhoc support as needed

Requirements:


  • You must be computer literate
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Good Excel skills
  • Customer friendly and customer oriented
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong teamwork ethic able to build and maintain internal and external working relations
  • Well organised able to prioritise, multitask and work independently
  • Channel or Reseller experience is an advantage
  • Workflow business process experience
