Payroll and Benefits Specialist, Theale

  • Delivering an accurate monthly payroll of circa 400 employees across five separate payrolls
  • Inputting monthly payroll changes and data
  • Support with Financial Reporting
  • SYSTEM: SAP
  • Assist with Year End reporting
  • Responding to employee salary related queries
  • Provide support with annual benefit renewal process
  • Administer the pension auto enrolment process
  • Support wider HR annual salary review/bonus review/ad hoc reporting

The Successful Applicant:


  • System Exposure: SAP (ESSENTIAL)
  • Immediately Available or on short notice
  • Happy to work independently
  • Very organised and time conscious
  • UK payroll exposure (ESSENTIAL)
