    Description

    This position calls for a diligent Credit Controller who will manage the entire credit control function in the property sector. The role is based in London and it involves implementing effective processes, and ensuring timely payments and cash collections.

    Description

    • Oversee the entire credit control process
    • Implement effective credit control processes and policies
    • Ensure timely cash collections and payments
    • Manage customer queries regarding payments
    • Provide accurate forecasts of expected cash inflow
    • Liaise with different departments to resolve any credit issues
    • Maintain accurate records of credit control activities
    • Handle any ad hoc duties related to credit control

    Profile

    A successful Credit Controller should have:

    • MUST HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED IN COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
    • An educational background in Accounting & Finance
    • Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and policies
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
