A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced multi-trade/Maintenance Officer to work on semi empty properties as part of their Repairs and Maintenance team.

This role will involve working in domestic properties including void and tenanted.
Working Only In The Birmingham Area

The role will include:

Installing Of Fire doors
Collecting doors and other martials

This is a great opportunity to secure sociable hours working Monday to Friday (40hrs minimum). This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start available.

You will need;

A Full UK Driving Licence
Own Tools
Previous experience in a similar role
Own Van
