    Air Conditioning Engineer - MobileVarious Commercial Sites throughout LondonVan ProvidedWorking for a global Facilities Management company which provides excellent facility services for a variety of businesses across the UK.

    This position will be covering the London area.

    As the Air Conditioning Engineer, you will complete PPM's, reactive works and breakdowns within a commercial environment, providing excellent service ensuring you are complying with H&S regulations, Risk Assessment, F-Gas, Low Voltage Safe Systems of Work etc.

    Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfactionUndertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are metCarry out occasional planned night working as per PPM schedule and issue permits to work when requiredProvide out of hour's callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rotaProfessional and personal competencies/qualificationsAir Conditioning City and Guilds qualifications or NVQ qualificationsHold a 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants Certificate (Category 1)Previous experience within Facility Services/Building ManagementThe Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
