THE EMPLOYMENT TEAM Our Employment & Immigration Group is a leading legal practice that specialises in providing comprehensive advice on employment law and global mobility to financial institutions, FTSE 100 companies, and prominent UK and international businesses.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE As well as the ability to provide comprehensive day-to-day employment advice on the full range of employment and discrimination law issues, you will be involved in executive exits, industrial relations, business restructuring, business protection, employment tribunal litigation, and corporate and project support work.

Experience of business immigration and tribunal advocacy will be an advantage, but not essential.

Genuine career progression opportunities

Solid technical understanding of employment law, excellent drafting, and communication skills, and demonstrate a commercial and practical approach to problem-solving.

Enthusiasm for developing marketing and business development skills, including participation in seminars, training sessions, tenders, and other marketing activities.

Clear understanding and working experience of the operation and structure of a leading law firm and the needs of clients of a top-flight team.

Strong commercial awareness but most importantly a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in Employment.
