What You'll Be Doing

Partnering with the Product Strategists on a daily basis, along with Engineers, Data Scientists, and other colleagues in Marketing, you'll work in a crossfunctional Product department within the Design team. Together with the Product Strategy team, you will be actively involved in solving members' and business problems through design.
Identifying the key metrics for the projects you are involved in and take ownership for achieving their success.
Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching company goals such as supporting the product strategy in fixing problems, offering new products and doing growth experiments.
From receiving wireframes to designing endtoend flows and prototypes, you will be in charge of your the design solution that solves problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail.
We love turning the complex problems into simple and growing solutions that truly solves members needs. You will be testing your ideas and running growth experiments, relying on data to inform your next move.
Once that's done, iterate, implement with the engineering team and present the final solution during the design reviews.
We are not stopping here, we believe in continuous improvement, so you'll review the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it.
To ensure we are speaking the same language as a team, we have the support of an ongoing design system project

- so you'll be pitching in on maintaining and growing alongside the Design Manager

What You'll Need

4+ years of experience in designing worldclass complex commercial apps or web apps inhouse or agency
A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
Strong creative design background with skills across iOS, Android and web platforms
The ability to think holistically about the solutions given to you by Product Strategy, thinking at a high level creative solutions and clearly articulate design decisions
The ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions
The ability to take ownership of design process and work as selfdirected member of the design team
Experience or interest in Growth Design, using data to run experiments on all parts of the journey and iterate
UX focus and understanding of human behaviour Clean visual design sense
Have skills in prototyping and or motion is a plus but not a requirement, an want to learn is whats important.
Skills in typography and grids
Ability to write UX copy and QA copy given to you.
Love to solve problems and be challenged
Work fast, and take smart risks we achieve a lot in a short about of time.
To be a constant learner. You will be always growing both personally and with the team.

Nice to have

Technical higher education: BS/BA in Design or Computer Science or a related field
Some experience handing over and working with Engineers and an ability to prototypes
Experience in designing and maintaining crossplatform design systems
Experience working in fastpaced startup environment
