Position – Production Manager
Hours- , Monday to Friday – 08.00 – Business peak demands shifts are used (days and backs) candidates need to be flexible to assist during peak periods etc.
Pension – Employer contribution is up to 3%
Reporting to Managing Director
Reports – 30 indirect production employees. 1* production supervisor, 2* key operators

CANDIDATE
Key attributes to a candidate's success in the application are:
Good food industry experience.
Strong people management skills.
A lot of the employees have long service and dealing with a new manager will require good soft and hard skills.
Analytical and process-driven skills - they are not using modern business analytics across the board in manufacturing but they are keen to develop and advance.
If a candidate can bring experience with OEE and business efficiency growth that would be great.Managing a wide range of production sku's in a short space
