Delivery Consultant - Tech - up to £32k + commission. Coleshill area - 1 day office / 4 days home-working


I am working with a specialist Technology Consultancy that provides project-led Digital Transformation solutions to the Financial Services Sector - both Contract and permanent recruitment solutions.


PACKAGE - Delivery Consultant - Tech

  • Basic salary of between £25k and £32k depending on experience
  • Bonus paid on each placement
  • OTE c.£10k+
  • Access to Bullhorn, Linked In Recruiter, SourceBreaker
  • Annual training budget per employee
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Insurance scheme
  • One day office / 4day home working (flexible)
  • Monthly and quarterly incentives

CANDIDATE -
Delivery Consultant - Tech

  • Previous experience in a talent sourcing / resourcing role
  • Capable of using structured Boolean searches
  • Social media savvy with excellent social interaction ability on Twitter, Instagram, FB
  • Able to work at pace when required
  • Conscientious and will go the extra mile when needed
