A wonderful opportunity has arisen to excel within a busy and dynamic workplace for our client based in Aberdeen.

Reporting to the senior HR Advisor, the main focus of this role is to provide general office duties for the business and departments and to offer a welcoming, polite and efficient first point of contact for calls & visitors.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reception duties: to be polite and efficient when dealing with incoming phone calls and visitors; to handle all mail in accordance with the correct mailing procedure
  • Liaising with archiving company for box collection/ recalls and keeping the register up to date
  • General office duties
  • Provide relevant administrative support to all areas of the business as and when required
  • Comply with Company and Client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all times

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Microsoft packages including Word, excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Must be computer literate
  • Standard grade in administration desired but not essential
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively both on the phone and in person.
  • Well organised.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Wellpresented and positive attitude
  • Motivated and ambitious

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary

Part-time hours: 21 per week
