    About the Role

    As Sales Effectiveness Manager you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales operations to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve sales execution, customer segmentation, and territory management.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the construction industry, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills who will work closely with key departments including CX, Pricing, Controlling, Finance, Sales, Marketing and IT.

    Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm

    About You

    With a proven track record of establishing commercial strategies/frameworks to drive sales performance and achieving targets, you will

    • establish guidelines and best practices for sales processes and procedures.
    • monitor sales execution and performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • identify areas for improvement and define actionable strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
    • collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.

    You will also have

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
    • Experience in sales effectiveness/sales execution/commercial excellence type of roles
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
    • Change agent

    Desirable

    • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Experience in implementing sales effectiveness initiatives or process improvements
    • Territory management system savviness
    • Cross-functional team experience and ability to influence in a matrix organisation
    • Knowledge of building products and construction industry dynamics
