This is just the start of our journey, and we have a lot to do. Due to this, we have a very exciting opportunity for talented Receptionist to work in our Glasgow branch office.

We are now looking to strengthen a team bound by a true passion for customer service, to enable us to deliver immediate and sustained growth in Scotland and achieve our vision to create the best agency in Scotland.


Location

  • You will be joining our property team based at Union St shortly relocating to Byers Road, Glasgow. A newly refurbished office close to the city centre, offering a great transport service and surrounded by all local amenities a vibrant place to work with an exciting company culture.

Hours:


  • Monday to Friday, 5pm

Role Summary


We are looking for someone with very good organisational skills, who is an excellent communicator and can work well under pressure while dealing with the general public.

A confident people person with previous office administration experience with good attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers, visitors and contractors to our office
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Deal with adhoc property queries


  • Key Management

  • Signing of all property keys in and out
  • Incoming post and posting out
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Provide general administration and clerical support tasks to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently

You need these skills and experience:

  • Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise duties
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Confident and professional outlook
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a busy team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Full driving licence preferred but not essential
