Looking to join the Property Industry then we have a very exciting opportunity for experienced administrator to work in our Maintenance Trades Department.


Location

  • You will be joining our property team based just of off Easter Road in Edinburgh. In a newly refurbished business centre close to the city centre, offering a great transport service and surrounded by all local amenities a vibrant place to work with an exciting company culture.

Hours:


  • Monday to Friday, 5pm

What the job involves
Responsible for general administration task within the maintenance department, mainly support our contractors and managing diaries/booking appointments. Duties will vary to support the who team on various tasks and answer queries in a timely manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities:
- *
  • Responsible for booking our appointments for our contractors and managing there diaries efficiently.
  • Providing timely feedback to clients on job instructions.
  • Liaising with our tradesmen and suppliers in relation to ordering the required materials for works.
  • Reporting to manager on historic/past due works
  • Work with the Team manager to support the implementation of new process and procedures to deliver a consistent operation. This will also help drive a consistent message across the business.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams specifically in the department offering support, working on joint projects, and working together to achieve the business objectives.

You need these skills and abilities:

  • Verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • Although property industry experience is beneficial it is not necessary
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good organisational skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Working hours of Monday
  • Friday 9am 5pm
  • You must have the current legal right to work in the UK
