    Join DJ Alexander's Team as an End of Tenancy Maintenance Co-ordinator

    We are delighted to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an End of Tenancy Maintenance Co-ordinator. This full-time, permanent position based near the city centre of Edinburgh involves managing day-to-day maintenance requests, ensuring works are completed efficiently and align with client budgets.

    • Working with End of Tenancy Property Managers to manage void period works effectively
    • Communicating clearly with all stakeholders to conclude deposit claims and submissions
    • Delivering exceptional customer service and proactively managing queries
    • Managing incoming requests from Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors through phone and email
    • Logging maintenance issues accurately and ensuring timely resolutions
    • Dealing with conflicts and negotiating for swift resolutions
    • Collaborating with contractors to ensure quality and timely work completion
    • Checking safety certifications and ensuring timely renewals
    • Collaborating with Department Managers to achieve core KPI's

    Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

    • Verbal and nonverbal communication skills
    • Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
    • Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and good IT skills
    • Legal Right to Work in the UK
