Location
- You will be joining our property team based just of off Easter Road in Edinburgh. In a newly refurbished business centre close to the city centre, offering a great transport service and surrounded by all local amenities a vibrant place to work with an exciting company culture.

Role Summary
You will be working in handling all aspects of property management, interacting with landlords, tenants, and maintenance contractors. You will support the Property Management team assisting them in delivering excellent service to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer specific customer enquiries and requests
- Provide information about our services
- Respond to customer complaints
- Arranging access for property visits, including inspection process
- Marketing properties; reviewing photography and descriptions, updating landlord registration & EPCs
- Work across all portfolio teams assisting them with admin and call handling
- Review operating software (Reapit, Fixflo, IRE, Hello Report) for information and content to answer customer enquiries
- Manage IRE software including, adding, and removing properties, rearranging, and cancelling viewings, adding manual viewings, if necessary, send clients property matches, adding viewers and applicants, assigning portfolio teams to properties
Skills and Person Specification
- Ideally, you should have at least one year of experience working in or with an inbound customer contact centre
- Computer literate
- Friendly and professional manner when talking to customers on calls and on chat
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Great oral and written communications
- Good at administration and organisation
- Reliable and process driven
- Goal orientated
