    If you have an eye for detail and a passion for compliance, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Compliance Co-ordinator. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre. Your typical workweek will run for 35 hours, from Monday to Friday, starting at 9am and ending at 5pm. The salary package for this position ranges from £20,000 to £23,000.

    What you'll be doing as a Compliance Administrator:

    • Monitoring safety record data to ensure rental properties comply with regulations.
    • Clarifying legal responsibilities to Landlords and Tenants regarding property access.
    • Managing communication with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors promptly and efficiently.
    • Coordinating with contractors to oversee maintenance work and uphold quality standards.
    • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate data reporting.
    • Collaborating with various departments to ensure legal compliance throughout property procedures.
    • Working closely with the team to meet KPIs and address any arising issues effectively.

    We're searching for individuals who not only fit our team but also thrive within it. Ideal candidates will possess:

    • Prior experience in the property/letting industry or with contractors preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail in maintaining safety standards.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Capable of delegating tasks efficiently.
    • Excellent customer service abilities, especially in challenging scenarios.
    • Strong organisational skills with a knack for problem-solving.
    • Proficient in communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relaying information.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain composed under pressure.
    • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite (experience with Reapit and Fixflo is a bonus).
    • Legal right to work in the UK.
