The role involves developing, presenting and implementing creative and commercial plans, fostering strong relationships with customers in EMEA markets.
Working closely with senior leadership in the UK and EMEA, you'll spearhead plans to amplify brand visibility across distribution channels.
We're looking for an energetic individual with experience in trade or retail marketing, a passion for customer understanding, and the ability to create engaging point-of-sale experiences.
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to boost growth and profitabilityCraft tailored seasonal activation plans for retail partners and end-consumers across all key channels
Analyse and interpret market data to create compelling stories
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives
Significant experience (5+ years) in a trade, customer, or shopper marketing position, ideally in the toy or child-related industry.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Demonstrable experience in activation across retail and online platforms.
Strong presentation, project and budget management skills.
Creative thinker with a sales-driven approach
