Higher Ed Partners LTD, the pioneer in higher education student enrolment and retention services is now hiring outside sales representatives to join our Brighton, contact centre team. 

This is a consultative, account management telephone sales position, high volume inbound call handling and high volume outbound welcome calls. This is a full-time and permanent position with a competitive base and uncapped commission. PAYE

First Years Earning Potential £36,000.00 / £39,000.00

TELEPHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Benefits

• £26,000.00 PA. £28,400.00 PA Base Salary 
• Strong commissions, NO CAP ON EARNINGS!!

• An industry leading enrolment, staff on-boarding and development program, including professional platform coaching and training from an accomplished leadership team
• Business core hours Monday to Friday 8.00AM to 8.00PM
• 3 shift patterns 

TELEPHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of sales calls daily
• Ability to identify motivated student callers, and manage the sales process
• Build and maintain strong rapport over the phone with higher ed students
• Give a strong, persuadable presentation over the phone 
• Ability to organise your workday and be proactive with time management
• Track notes on all interactions and keep opportunities up to date in CRM
• Consistently follow up with student base to close agreements
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership

TELEPHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; B2C; cold-call sales (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience using Excel and Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Organised and a good planner
• Comfortable using CRM
• Great Work Ethic
• Desire to be Successful
