HIGHER ED PARTNERS (UK) LTD

The Technology Implementation Manager role will focus on new and existing tech implantation and improvement.
A key component of this position requires delivering data integrations between Salesforce CRM and Partner Student Information Systems, Payment Gateways and CRMs using AWS APIs and Boomi Integration Platforms. 
This role is extremely cross functional in nature and requires close collaboration between multiple partners.
Strong listening, observational, consultative, and interpretive skills are a must. You will need to be able to set and manage expectations and coordinate with a cross-functional team in order to execute and deliver.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITY
Own the overall responsibility for ensuring best practices are followed when implementing new systems
Become a Subject Matter Expert with the new & existing systems
Issue Escalation/Triage Support
Gather Voice of the client/partner feedback from associates
Work with teams to communicate the latest deliverable materials and provide support as needed

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication. 

Confidence communicating with associates at various levels in an organisation.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure, and make critical decisions and develop creative solutions
Experience implementing new tech systems in higher ed / marketing is a plus
Ability to drive effective meetings
3+ years of experience

Strong stakeholder management, influencing and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English (with Spanish and/or Portuguese desirable)

Knowledge of Higher Education, edtech and/or other learning environments

Knowledge of configuring CRM systems and data integrations
