TELEPHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of sales calls daily
  • Ability to identify motivated student callers, and manage the sales process
  • Build and maintain strong rapport over the phone with higher ed students
  • Give a strong, persuadable presentation over the phone 
  • Ability to organise your workday and be proactive with time management
  • Track notes on all interactions and keep opportunities up to date in CRM
  • Consistently follow up with student base to close agreements
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership

 

TELEPHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; B2C; cold-call sales (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience using Excel and Microsoft Office Products

ENROLMENT AND RETENTION SPECIALISTS RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Telephone Enrolment and Retention Specialist, you will build, manage, and maintain overall customer relationships for the department including new student sign-on and establishing and nourishing the relationship with inside sales, outside sales, provider contacts, and higher education students.

* Builds and maintains strong, professional relationships with prospective students, education professionals, company partners and inside / outside sales force
* Handles inbound and outbound calls from students and referral sources to ensure 100% Best Practice satisfaction, troubleshoot new and existing onboarding concerns, add services, verify and explain complete coverage to students
* Achieves stated revenue goals, production, and performance objectives
* Ensure all student documents, customer accounts and files are updated, consistent and complete
* Demonstrates accountability and responsiveness to the needs of the students
* Escalate recurring problem accounts or student groups or other trends to management
* Updates work flow for reporting purposes
* Educate and explain benefits and financial discussion surrounding amount of coverage
* Product Knowledge
* Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
* Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department
* Follows all HEP(UK), Higher Ed, LLP, and company regulations and requirements

 

ENROLMENT AND RETENTION SPECIALISTS QUALIFICATIONS

* Educated to a degree level or professional equivalent
* Prior higher ed experience is preferred

* Prior telephone sales experience is required
* Prior outbound telephone experience is required
* Must be able to successfully perform all the functions of an Enrolment and Retentions Agent
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer literacy
* Ability to understand company programs ,CRM and terminology
* Overcoming Objections
* Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, communication, and organisational skills are essential
* Demonstrated ability to accurately perform data entry and pay close attention to detail

The Technology Implementation Manager role will focus on new and existing tech implantation and improvement.
A key component of this position requires delivering data integrations between Salesforce CRM and Partner Student Information Systems, Payment Gateways and CRMs using AWS APIs and Boomi Integration Platforms. 
This role is extremely cross functional in nature and requires close collaboration between multiple partners.
Strong listening, observational, consultative, and interpretive skills are a must. You will need to be able to set and manage expectations and coordinate with a cross-functional team in order to execute and deliver.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITY
Own the overall responsibility for ensuring best practices are followed when implementing new systems
Become a Subject Matter Expert with the new & existing systems
Issue Escalation/Triage Support
Gather Voice of the client/partner feedback from associates
Work with teams to communicate the latest deliverable materials and provide support as needed

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication. 

Confidence communicating with associates at various levels in an organisation.

As part of our fast-paced telephone operations team based in the UK head office in SUSSEX, you'll help ensure that we bring on new members comprehensively and accurately.

The ENROLMENT AND ELIGIBILITY REPRESENTATIVE is responsible for preparing, processing, and maintaining member or group enrolments. Position will answer a high volume of incoming phone calls from customers; make a high volume of outbound calls to customers (members, providers, groups), provide expertise and support to customers, and practice superior customer service skills in all lines of communication. Positions will load member or group data into the enrolment database & update the database with changes. Position also responds to member eligibility or group questions and verifies enrolment status. Position will be main point of contact for group customers in regard to enrolment related items. 

 

JOB OFFER:

  • Salary £26,000.00PA / £28,600.00PA
  • Commission and Bonus OTE £32,000.00PA / £38,600.00PA
  • 5 weeks of paid training. 
  • The hours during training will be 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. 
  • This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday. 
  • All Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our two 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Serve as primary contact as it relates to all enrolment tasks for assigned book of business, which include multiple group customers; maintain satisfied customers by providing superior service and practice attention to detail in various responsibilities 
  • Answer member, provider, and group customer phone calls; adhering to department expectations for answering calls and providing friendly customer service. Follow established procedures to maintain enrolment data in applicable systems and databases based on customer request, electronic file, or internal reports.
  • After new employee ramp-up period: employee is expected to meet or exceed departmental established productivity, quality, and turn-around standards; follows department guidelines to track own work completed. 
  • Once fully trained, take ownership of assigned workload following established procedures. Follows departmental guidelines to manage and prioritise own workload on a daily basis for assigned group customers in order to meet customer demands. Read, interpret, and communicate eligibility requirements following plan guidelines.

This is a critical role that will equally improve both the ‘First Line of Defense’ (FLOD) and the internal business communication experience with a view to: Remove the administrative burden from business users enabling the salesforce to focus on true value add and client engagement. 

 

FIRST LINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT (COMMS) Job Details:

FIRST LINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT (COMMS) Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the service desk tickets on a day-to-day basis and prioritise tickets with our stakeholders and assign work to the relevant internal and external teams for resolution.
  • To provide and deliver a comprehensive multi-tiered user and technical support service for call centre and wider HEP staff through face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries. 
  • To plan, design and deliver training for staff on all business systems, including responsibility for producing training materials in a variety of formats.
  • To support and/or coordinate projects to improve service delivery, business processes and system adoption.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions for Higher Ed Partners platforms including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks

  • Manage operational requests and reporting requirements for end users.

FIRST LINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT (COMMS) Knowledge/Experience:

 

  • Track record of driving large-scale technical projects (Automation Improvements, CX implementations, software development)
  • Prior experience with high-value sales nurturing processes 
  • Expertise in developing architecture strategies to optimize all fronts (application, infrastructure, network, data.
  • Experience in scaling technology capability and leading high-performing teams across multiple geographies
  • Fluency in English
  • Global experience highly desired
  • Able to navigate independently in fluid and ambiguous situations
  • Agile at decision making
  • Experience in Higher Education or Educational setting preferred
  • Data Mindset
