INBOUND AND OUTBOUND TELESALES REPRESENTATIVES 

 

TELESALES RESENTATIVE TRAINING POLICY: Each Inbound and Outbound telesales representative will go through a 4-week paid office-based training program to ensure that every new team member is a friendly and well-mannered individual. We are poised to give our partners and customer base the very best in professional service. Our training programme offers full and extensive onboarding as we work hard to bring the very best practice service to our customers.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires working from detailed instructions and occasional independent decision-making. Ability to read, analyse and interpret documents such as partners policy guides, company CRM instructions, and sales manuals.

 

TELESALES RESENTATIVE PACKAGE:

Salary: £26,000.00PA / £28600.00PA + Bonuses + Commission (OTE £38600.00PA)

Hours of Work: 7.5 Hours per day

Operating Hours: 8.00AM to 8.00PM Monday to Friday

Training Hours: 9.00AM to 5.30PM Monday to Friday

Location: CENTRAL BRIGHTON SUSSEX

 

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting our programmes and services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

 

TELESALES RESENTATIVE Responsibilities:

 

Contact new or existing customers to inform them about a program or service using scripts.

Answer questions about courses or the partner.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Direct prospects to the retentions team when needed.

Enter and update customer information in the database.

Take and process applications in an accurate manner.

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

 

TELESALES RESENTATIVE Requirements:

 

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to our customer base.

Excellent knowledge of English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

University Degree will be a plus.
