    Description

    Signature Recruitment are delighted to be seeking a full-time Student Wellbeing Assistant Manager on behalf of our client, a prestigious University in London.

    This is a permanent, Monday-Friday role (10 am – 6 pm) although there will be a requirement to work 2/3 weekends during opening and closing events per term.

    As an Assistant Manager for Student Life and Wellbeing, you will play an important role focusing on residential life.

    You will also contribute to the social programme offering resident enjoyment, pastoral care, well-being, and holistic welfare to all residents.

    You will be confident with the involvement in the student's well-being and when necessary those suffering from anxiety and depression.



    Student Wellbeing Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:
    Lead on administrative duties such as checking and answering emails, and telephone calls, dealing with residents' queries in person
    Engaging students in an inclusive community


    Student Wellbeing Assistant Manager Key Skills:
    Excellent organisation with good time and diary management
    Enhanced DBS and Mental Health Certificate as well as experience in dealing with young adults and mental health issues
