Location: Foston – 15 minutes from Burton and Derby

Salary: Permanent opportunities after 13 weeks earning £23,656 with uncapped overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading components onto machinery
- Conducting quality checks on parts
- Operating machinery
- Meeting daily targets
- Adhering to safety guidelines, protocols, and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a production setting preferred, though training will be provided
- Self-driven with keen attention to detail
- Flexible towards work and overtime requirements
- Essential requirement of a driving license due to the site location

Work Hours:
- Rotating shifts

- 06:00-13:55 and 15:20-23:15


Payment Structure:
- Base pay – £11.87 (inclusive of attendance bonus)
- Evening shift bonus – £13.49 paid post 6pm
- Overtime compensation – £17.36 provided after 35 hours worked
- Saturday rate – £17.36
- Sunday rate – £23.14
- Bank Holidays rate – £23.14 plus a compensated day off
