Part 1 Architectural Assistant - London Studio
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic team in our London studio.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and gain valuable experience within a renowned architectural firm.

Responsibilities
As a Part 1 Architectural Assistant at ECE Architecture, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various stages of the design and construction process.
- Assisting Senior Architects and project teams in the development of design concepts and presentations.
- Conducting research and preparing drawings and models to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Assisting in the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Participating in site visits and construction inspections to gain practical experience.
- Keeping uptodate with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Part 1 degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in industrystandard software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- A keen interest in sustainable design and a desire to contribute to the creation of environmentally conscious buildings.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design abilities and technical skills.
