KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant KS1 Graduate Teaching AssistantBrighton and Hove£80-£90 per daySeptember 2024- July 2025Supporting children aged 5-7 with the development of their literacy and numeracy skills. The Graduate As a KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will hold at least a bachelors' degree as well as a bubbly and enthusiastic personality that you can use to instil a love of school to KS1 pupils.
You will have a clear and friendly communication style, in addition to a vast amount of confidence in your ability to deliver engaging and innovative lessons to KS1 students. Previous experience of working alongside children or in a school environment would be preferable but is not essential. The Role
In your role as a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting young learners as they begin their academic journeys. You will be working in close collaboration with class teachers to plan lessons and create learning materials and will be responsible for assisting in the monitoring of students' progress. During lessons, you will be supporting and assisting children with their classwork, addressing any issues they may have and explaining concepts they may not understand.
