    Job Title: Business Development Manager/Executive - Export Sales (Language Speaker).

    Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 Basic (Based on experience) + uncapped Commission.

    Location: Bradford (Office Based).

    Job Type: Full Time, Permanent.

    Based in central Bradford, we are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand, products designed to challenge the market. With over 25 years in the business, we now have four dedicated office spaces including a production office in China and support in India.

    Now, we are gearing up to revolutionize both the electronic and health & beauty industries with the launch of two new brands and numerous exciting products, marking just the beginning of our journey.

    What Your Day Might Look Like:

    • Exploring and pinpointing new business prospects in emerging markets, growth sectors, collaborations, and alternative avenues to engage with both new and existing markets.
    • Fostering and nurturing dynamic client relationships with key accounts.
    • Spotting current market trends and crafting compelling pitches to boost sales for relevant products and brands.
    • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude to engage with individuals across various hierarchical levels.
    • Demonstrating aptitude for recognizing market demands and effectively presenting our FMCG, LED & Techtron offerings to meet customer needs.
    • Gaining insights into the operations of other organizations to identify key decision-makers and create tailored sales pitches that align with their needs.
    • Cultivating valuable and profitable partnerships with importers, distributors, major wholesalers, retail chains, and dealers globally.
    • Promoting the entire range of products under the company's brand umbrella.
    • Boosting business growth by implementing cross-selling, up-selling strategies, and promotional initiatives to engage new and dormant clients.
    • Overseeing the complete sales cycle, from initial discussions to product dispatch.

    About You:

    • Essential requirement: 3+ years of product sales experience.
    • Experience in international sales.
    • Proficiency in French/Spanish/German/Mandarin or Arabic.
    • Demonstrated qualification through hands-on experience or relevant industry certification.
    • Highly motivated, persistent, and assertive individual who thrives on challenges.
    • Extensive background in business development coupled with a confident, sociable, and dedicated approach to sales.
    • Excellent communication skills and comfort in engaging with individuals at different organizational levels.
    • Capability to identify prevailing market trends and construct compelling pitches to drive sales for all brands.
    • Proven success in acquiring new business and managing key client relationships.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and a team-oriented mindset.
    • Understanding of diverse organizational structures, along with the knack for identifying key decision-makers and tailoring sales presentations to meet their needs.
