- You will adopt a multi-media approach through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage business prospects in conversation regarding their business rates expenditure and arrange appointments for the Field Sales team to pursue.
- Follow up on leads over the phone and via email, educating and nurturing prospective candidates in order to secure their interest.
- Meaningfully contribute quality, recurring revenue to Altus Group by qualifying opportunities and scheduling client meetings for the appropriate team.
- Build relationships with key decision makers when discussing Altus Groups services.
- Create a pipeline of new business.
- You will have weekly achievable targets. For example: Creating qualified sales appointments for our commercial property consultants to attend.

Job Summary:Reporting to the Sales Academy Manager, the Graduate Business Development Executive is money-motivated and will have what it takes to thrive in a fast-paced, targeted tele sales department within the Commercial Real Estate industry. You will be responsible for scheduling business meetings (appointment setting) with key decision makers within the Commercial Real Estate sector across the UK.
