    At United Living, we have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.


    ensuring that the Clients specification and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with Commercial Support to ensure all costs captured and ensure all works are carried out safely.

    Liaising with Admin and Commercial staff; Report to the Project Manager when required regarding WIP and completions.
    Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.
    Attend Post Inspection for every job to ensure snags are completed and quality is at the standard expected.
    Assessing and minimising risk by ensuring all United Living H&S policies and procedures and implemented and adhered to
    Maintaining Quality Control of supply chain
    Attend occasional Client meetings, at Project Managers request. Strong experience of working within a fast moving environment delivering a high quality and robust delivery service
    Able to demonstrate commercial acumen
    Knowledge and understanding of working within financial
    data protection; freedom of information and waste management
    Proficient in the use of Total Mobile and Microsoft office applications (outlook; excel and word)
