Derbyshire Community Health Service Trust (DCHS) has an exciting opportunity for a cardiac professional to join our cardiac rehabilitation team.
The Cardiac Rehabilitation service covers North Derbyshire to deliver exercise and education to cardiac patients.
We are looking for a Cardiac Nurse with understanding and experience in the delivery of rehabilitation, and the confidence to integrate into a innovative and passionate team.
A band 5 development position will be considered for the right candidate.
Assisting in the delivery of safe and prescriptive exercise, whilst monitoring, recognising and then adapting exercise when required.
You will be expected to travel across North Derbyshire, aiding in functional testing and exercise delivery.
Contribution to service development and innovation will be key, as we continue evolve to meet the complex needs of our patients. About us DCHST vision is to be the best provider of local healthcare and to be a great place to work.
