    Main responsibilities and key outcomes:

    • Support Operations Director for business and office clerical matters
    • Communicate with clients and sub-contractor representatives
    • Establish and maintain filing systems for the project team
    • Maintain H&S site registers with Construction site supervisors
    • Maintain Sub Contractor attendance records accurately
    • Manage attendance register of all staff
    • Arrange storage of documentation for effective archiving
    • Assist project teams with scanning and documentation management
    • Coordinate team meetings and diaries for the Project Manager
    • Provide efficient administrative support to the Project Manager and team

    Educational Qualification Required (preferred):
    Good general level of education including GCSE in English and Maths at C/5 or above
    Proficiency in Information technology office products essential
    Business Administration qualification at level 3 or above is desirable


    Previous Work Experience Required:
    Ideally 2+ years of office or site administration experience in a fast-paced setting
    Experience in Construction site environment is advantageous
    Background in efficient administration and organization of documents and office tasks
