We have both full time and part time positions available supporting individuals with Mental Health needs and/or Learning Difficulties both in their homes and to access the community.

The company are a leading and growing provider of services for individuals with Mental Health needs and/or Learning Difficulties and/or profound and multiple learning difficulties.

They operate across the Bristol and South Glos area and their main office is based within Staple Hill.

They are looking for experienced individuals to join their successful and expanding team, supporting and meeting the needs of service users both on a daily basis as well as in relation to their longer-term goals.

You need to be able to lone work, but also work as part of a well-established and dynamic team. In return they will provide outstanding training, career progression, supervision and ongoing support.

They would require you to have experience of working in this area and have a good understanding of the level of service expected; experience of completing risk assessments and support plans is desirable, as would knowledge of the local area.

Although you would not be expected to provide a driver service, own transport is essential to reach a range of different locations.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience of and/or at least some skills and knowledge in relation to:

Health and Social Care
Learning Difficulties
Autism
Mental Health Conditions
Safeguarding of Adults at Risk
The Mental Capacity Act
Personal Care
Manual Handling
