    Key Responsibilities:

    Are you a visionary leader with a passion for engineering excellence? We are looking for an experienced and driven Engineering Manager to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a talented group of engineers, guiding them through the exciting challenges of cutting-edge projects.     Team Leadership:

    • Inspire and guide a dynamic team of engineers, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance environment.
    • Set clear goals, offer valuable feedback, and champion professional growth to unlock your team's potential.

    Project Management:

    • Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering projects alongside cross-functional teams.
    • Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and uphold the highest quality standards.

    Technical Strategy:

    • Shape and drive the technical vision and strategy for our engineering team.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure technical decisions align seamlessly with business objectives.

    Resource Management:

    • Strategically manage and allocate resources to meet diverse project needs.
    • Identify skill gaps and partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier engineering talent.

    Process Improvement:

    • Proactively evaluate and enhance engineering processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
    • Implement best practices and innovative methodologies to ensure exceptional quality deliverables.

    Collaboration:

    • Champion a culture of collaboration and clear communication across teams and departments.
    • Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure unified project goals.

    Risk Management:

    • Anticipate and identify potential risks and challenges in project execution, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate them.
    • Develop and execute robust risk management strategies to ensure project success.

    Performance Metrics:

    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of engineering projects.
    • Utilise metrics to inform data-driven decisions and foster continuous improvement.

    Key Skills:

    • Extensive experience in a leadership role within a software engineering environment.
    • Deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient with agile methodologies and project management tools.
    • Strong ability to balance technical expertise with strategic thinking.
    • Demonstrated success in fostering team collaboration and driving high-performance culture.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Keen problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively.
