    Personal Injury Fee Earner / CILEx / Solicitor - Bristol

    TSR Legal have a brand new opportunity within a national law firm renowned for delivering exceptional service to both businesses and individuals.

    As a dedicated Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive/Senior Case Handler, immerse yourself in a challenging environment that values expertise in personal injury law, with a particular focus on representing vulnerable road users and individuals with moderate to severe brain injuries.

    Situated in the heart of Bristol, this permanent position offers a competitive, reflective of the skills and experience you bring to the table.

    The role is adaptable to your lifestyle, with options for both full-time and part-time engagement, complemented by a hybrid working model that blends office presence with the convenience of working from home.

    Your responsibilities will encompass managing a diverse portfolio of Intermediate and Multi Track cases, ensuring compliance with service standards, and fostering effective communication with clients.

    Additionally, you will contribute to the professional development of trainee case handlers, engage in networking events, and partake in business development activities.

    Candidates must possess significant experience in managing caseloads involving vulnerable road users and have a track record of handling moderate to severe brain injury cases.

    Proficiency in all aspects of litigation, particularly Multi Track cases, from initiation to trial, is essential. Computer literacy and self-sufficiency in typing are also required.

    Your exceptional communication and organisational skills will be pivotal, as will your ability to meet deadlines with a pragmatic approach.
