    Film Studies Subject Leader - The Buckingham School

    Location: Buckingham

    Term time only

    Salary Type: MPS/UPS

    Salary details: SALARY: TMS1 (£30,000) ~ UPR3 (£46,525) FTE & TLR2 £5,562, Potential additional Head of Year Responsibility TLR £7,263

    We are looking for an outstanding Subject Leader of Film Studies to join our English Department. This will be a focused role, providing curriculum leadership and support to the Curriculum Leader, Lead Practitioner and English Department. You will be an innovative and committed classroom practitioner who can teach both English and Film at Key Stage 3, 4 and 5.

    This is an exciting opportunity, which will enable the successful candidate to develop and implement teaching and learning initiatives and strategies to achieve outstanding teaching and learning within this specialist field. The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued progression and development of the subject, striving to deliver excellent teaching to all and increase KS4 and KS5 uptake.
